PART TIME CHEFA POSITION has arisen for an experienced chef to work part time, to include evenings, weekends and matchdays . This position will also involve covering days off and holidays for the other members of the kitchen team at the main ground and the training ground
You must have at least Food Safety Level 2 and NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
Must have experience in all aspects of kitchen work especially in conference and banqueting, and carvery work and be committed in delivering the highest standards, adhering to all hygiene regulations and company policy
We are a small team of chefs in a busy but friendly working environment and you must have the ability to work on your own as well as part of a team
Wages dependent on experience
Own transport would be an advantage due to working certain hours with no public transport available

MATCHDAY KIOSK STAFF
A role has arisen in our team for a Kiosk Manager to support our Head Chef in the setting up, and managing the catering kiosks on a matchday
Previous experience in catering industry is essential
Food safety level 2 required and NVQ Level 2 in catering preferred
Must have the ability to manage and organise up to 30 kiosk staff as well as ensuring that all hygiene regulations are adhered to.
Must have till and cash handling experience
Hours of work are:
For a Saturday game : Friday 9am - 3pm and Saturday 11am - 7pm
Or for a Tuesday night game : Monday 9am - 3pm and Tuesday 3pm - 11 pm
