Boss raring to go...OUR OPPONENTS go into the game on the back of an excellent result last weekend against Liverpool. I'm really pleased for Paul Dickov because he is one of the good guys.
We know that we will have to be at our best; they will naturally come here on a high and they've also been able to make some good signings on Deadline Day that will strengthen them, but we will be concentrating on what we do and making sure that our preparation is right.
We were able to spend a day at St. George's Park earlier this week which was extremely beneficial. We wanted to get off the heavy pitches and St. George's Park was an ideal place for us to be able to do that. We had a very positive and productive session.
I will be looking for the lads to bounce back in the right way on Saturday. We did it after our defeat at Leyton Orient and went on an unbeaten run, so hopefully we can do something similar this time around.
We will be on our toes and ready for a tough encounter, but it is a game that we are looking forward to with real relish as we attempt to get back into winning ways.
