SADDLERS' skipper, Andy Butler, marshalled his defence superbly well in Saturday's victory at Boundary Park."We showed a different side to our game," he said. "We defended really well to get the points and things are looking positive right now.
"There were times when we played our football but we did our job defensively and that gave us the platform to go on and get the win.
"We've got a good group here who want to improve and learn; we'll get the best out of each other as a squad and study the areas that need work.
"It's a team game with everyone knowing their role and able to step into the system. The gaffer and his staff deserve great credit for this and now we look forward to the next game.
"They're all tough games in this League, but there is a confidence and belief amongst the lads that will stand us in good stead."
