Smith on set-back at Bees...
SADDLERS' boss, Dean Smith, has reflected upon our 1-0 defeat at Brentford."It's disappointing to lose our unbeaten run," he said. "We were not good enough in the first half but gave it a real go after the break and deserved to take something from the game in the end.
"It was always going to be difficult coming here; I told the lads at half-time that we could be better with the ball and play in between them, which we did after the break.
"They pressed us all over the pitch and the conditions were not ideal, but it was the same for both teams and we just couldn't find the right ball in the final third.
"We now turn our attention to the next game at Stoke on Wednesday. It'll be another tough one, but we're looking forward to it. It's one that the lads can go and enjoy and play with freedom."
