Boss on our final home League game...
WITH two games to go, we're going to give it all we've got. We can't affect what's happening elsewhere, but we wouldn't want to fail but not doing our part.We'll be treating the game with the respect that it deserves. I went to watch Bury on Tuesday and they gave it a real go during the second half to get three points in the bag.
Their problems both on and off-the-pitch have been well-documented, but I saw their fighting spirit and we have to make sure that we're at our best on Saturday.
The backing of our supporters has matched what we have been doing on the pitch. It would be nice to see big numbers turning up for our final home League game on Saturday to create a special atmosphere.
It's 14 games unbeaten and it would be a real achievement to continue this run to the end of the season.
There was a sense of frustration in the early part of the week following our draw at Scunthorpe in our last game, but this has turned to determination and excitement for the match ahead.
