SADDLERS' boss, Dean Smith was a happy man after seeing his side come from behind to record a deserved victory over Preston North End with an impressive performance."I am really pleased with our reaction to Tuesday's defeat," he said. "I've always said to the players that if they give me everything, I will back them and they have certainly done that today and throughout the season so far.
"George Bowerman is maturing and developing both as a player and as a person and it was nice to see him get two more goals today. He's a bubbly character and if he keeps up this kind of work-rate there'll be a few more from him.
"I've got a good set of lads here who want to learn and get better. There is plenty of belief amongst the group and it is a pleasure to be around them.
"We just can't wait for the next game to come around."
