TEAM TALK v TRANMERE, 20/11/2012

Boss ready for Rovers...

THE LADS can take a lot of heart from our performance at Crawley Town on Saturday. We took the game to them and created a number of chances.

It was disappointing that we didn't get the three points that we deserved, but there were plenty of positives to take out of the game, none more so than the performance of Febian Brandy who looked bright and was a constant thorn in their side.

We'll stick to the way we want to do things and going to places like Crawley and Tranmere requires us to work hard and show togetherness.

I have plenty of belief in the players I have here. We know that it will be tough at Tranmere as they have started the season very well, but it is a game that we are all looking forward to.

Ronnie Moore has done a fantastic job at Prenton Park. They have a number of players who can score, but we are ready for the challenge that they will present to us.

I felt that we had excellent backing at Crawley on Saturday. The supporters that made the long journey really got behind us and more of the same will be required on Tuesday evening.
