Boss looking forward to getting back into action...

THE LADS are itching to get out there and play. Having had a weekend without action last week, it's a good game for us to go back into and the players are really looking forward to it.

It's a lovely stadium and a good pitch, so we face the challenge that sits before us with real relish and determination.

Coventry are a big club who have had off-the-field issues recently, but on the pitch, Mark Robins has come in and started to lift their fortunes. They have some quality players there who will make life difficult for us.

But, that said, we've played really well in our last three games and it's important that we take this kind of form with us to the Ricoh Arena to give us the best possible chance of taking all three points on offer.

There is a belief amongst the players and with a large and vocal travelling contingent behind us, we will go there confident in our ability to do the job.

We have a busy schedule of matches ahead of us over the next month with plenty of points up for grabs. The important thing is to take one game at a time and ensure that, as always, we are well-prepared and ready for the task in hand.

Last weekend saw us head to Snowdonia. It was good to get away from the usual footballing environment and take part in activities such as mountaineering and gorge-walking. It all helps with team bonding and time will tell exactly how beneficial it has been.
