THE SADDLERS completed the signing of midfield man, Adam Chambers from Leyton Orient on a one-year deal with a further year option on July 8th 2011.
He impressed whilst coming through the ranks at hometown club, West Bromwich Albion and signed professional forms in 1999 before making his senior debut early in the 2000/01 campaign.
Going on to make 70 appearances for The Baggies, during which time he also appeared in the Premier League, he joined Sheffield Wednesday on loan in 2003/04 before having a brief spell at Kidderminster Harriers after leaving The Hawthorns.
Joining Leyton Orient during the summer of 2006, his energy and commitment soon found favour at Brisbane Road and he was named Player of the Season in 2007/08 on his way to almost 200 senior outings for the club.
His experience and know-how has proved to be a key ingredient in The Saddlers’ engine room in recent seasons and he was handed the captain’s armband at the start of the 2014/15 campaign.
A model professional, he signed a new one-year deal in July 2015.
