WINNING breeds confidence and the players go into the game happy and raring to go.

It's all about consistency and to get two wins in a row is certainly encouraging and gives us something to build on.

As a team we are getting better and we will be looking to continue that improvement. We are preparing well and the players are working hard on the training ground, which is all I can ask.

We know only too well how tough a place to go Brighton is. We won there last season and go there with confidence, fully focussed on bringing home the three points, just as we were in our last away game at Brentford.

Brighton are a progressive club and Gus Poyet is stamping his authority on the team. We look forward to the challenge that they will present and hope that we can continue our run of results.

I would like to thank those supporters who will be making the long journey south and express the hope that the rain holds off! As ever, your backing is going to be important to us.
