THE INCENTIVE for us is to beat one of the teams above us in the table and get back into winning ways.

Everyone, with the exeption of Rhys Weston, is now back in contention and that gives me plenty of food for thought. The players know that they let themselves down last weekend, and they are determined to get back on track on home soil against a Colchester United side who will also be looking for a positive response after losing their last game.

I have known Aidy Boothroyd for a very long time, in fact, he was my boot boy at Huddersfield Town! He won't be resting on his laurels and will want to see his side pushing for the automatic promotion places.

It'll be a tough game for us. Colchester play to their strengths; they are a big and strong side who will always cause problems and we will have to be ready to deal with that.

We played very well at their place earlier in the season and should have won that particular game, so they will know what we are capable of on our day.

Hopefully Saturday will be our day and we will have three points in the bag come the final whistle.

Saturday's game sees the launch of The Saddlers Special Bus Service. Anything which helps supporters get to the ground is a good thing and hopefully the service will be well received over the final five home games of the season with a view to running the service throughtout next season.

It will serve a number of key areas around the Borough, so give it a go!
