EVERYONE knows that we had a bad night on Tuesday. The key is to be able to bounce back in the right way at Southampton.

We've done it before and I can see no reason why we can't do it again at St. Mary's.

It's a game that we have been looking forward to; they have some experienced players, but it is a challenge that we face with relish. We will go there keen to get Tuesday's result out of our system and looking for the three points on offer, as we always do.

We know that we can perform much better both individually and collectively than we did in our last game and it's all about bouncing back in the right way.

Southampton have strength in depth, which at this level is a big plus for them. We will respect them but not fear them. They played extremely well here earlier in the season, but we will be aiming to start another positive run of results to continue our progress.

I would like to think that we will take a good following with us down to the south coast. Your support is vital to us and I thank you for your backing.
