I WAS pleased to see us able to build upon our excellent victory at Leeds United by beating Brentford on home soil at the weekend.

To be fair, it took us a little while to get into our stride, but we managed to pick the tempo up after the break and, based on our second half performance, we deserved to take maximum points.

We had to dig deep, roll our sleeves up and do a job. In the end we scored two excellent goals to turn the scoreline around. It's always nice to give the home supporters something to cheer about and we hope to build on it this evening.

It's a game that we are looking forward to and we know that it will be another difficult test for us. The challenge to the players is can we make it three wins in a row?

Like ourselves, Yeovil Town have to cope with having one of the smallest squads in the League, but Terry Skiverton is doing a fantastic job. His side will come here well-organised and difficult to break down. We know that we are going to have to earn the right to play.

Once more the support that we received at the last game was much appreciated and the players and I will be hoping for more of the same tonight.

2010/11 Early Bird Season-Tickets went on sale at the end of last week and sales have been brisk so far. Hopefully this will continue and I thank everyone who will be showing their commitment to the club in this way.
