WE GO into the game knowing only too well that Gillingham are a good home side, therefore we will have to reach the high standards that we set for the majority of the game on Tuesday evening.

I thought that we came out of the blocks well against a quality side in Norwich and now we must try to do that on a consistent basis.

We will go about our job in the right way on Saturday and have prepared well. Simeon Jackson is a real threat for Gillingham and we know that we have to keep him quiet. He can score all types of goal and I will be looking for our defence to perform to the levels that they did for the most part of our last game.

I feel that we have plenty in reserve and have the ability to go to Plan B if required. We are looking forward to the game and will be doing all that we can to bring home a positive result.
