WITH Huddersfield Town above us in the League One table, it is another test to see how far we have come.

It is important for us to win our home games and give our supporters something to cheer about. I will be making sure that the season doesn't just fizzle out; I want us to end on a high and go into the summer in a positive frame of mind.

I watched Huddersfield win at Scunthorpe recently and they have some good players. Their away form is impressive and they still have an outside chance of making the play-offs as it stands.

Looking back at our last game at Stockport, I was pleased to see our hard work and endeavour rewarded with a late winner.

The lads kept plugging away to get us back into winning ways. We had a slice of luck along the way, which you need from time-to-time, but I thought that we could have been further ahead at half-time as we were getting some good balls into the box.

We didn't have the killer instinct that we were looking for but our extra quality saw us through in the end and it was a welcome three points against a side that started the game above us in the table.

We are making steady progress and it will be interesting to see how far it takes us.
