THE REACTION from the players on Tuesday evening was just what I was looking for. The way we played in beating Brighton was very pleasing and showed what we are capable of.

To bounce back in the manner that we did from the previous home game highlighted the character of the side and individuals involved. The test now is whether we can build on that and embark upon another run of positive results.

We travel to face a Leyton Orient side who have found a bit of form in recent weeks. We know that it will be tough down there; they are battling for points and have some good players amongst their ranks.

If we want to get better we have to strive to improve in everything that we do and that is exactly what I said to the players after the game on Tuesday.

I would like to pay tribute to the supporters who gave us tremendous backing on Tuesday evening and thank those that will be travelling to Leyton Orient on Saturday.
