THESE next two matches are great games for us to be involved in.

There will be a couple of big crowds in attendance and the players will be well up for it. The atmosphere on Saturday is going to be fantastic and I am sure that our supporters will be well behind us to out sing the large travelling contingent from Leeds.

They've had some good recent results under Simon Grayson and with Jermaine Beckford back in their side, they will be a real threat. However, it's an occasion that we are looking forward to and it was a boost to have Stephen Hughes, Stephen Roberts, Rhys Weston and Michael Ricketts back in training with the rest of the group on Thursday.

We need their experience along with the legs of the younger lads and we shall be monitoring their progress in the build-up to the game.

We've been working hard behind the scenes in a bid to strengthen our squad. We've encountered various scenarios, but we will keep banging on the door and looking at all options available to us.

I've come here with my eyes wide open. This is a challenge that I am looking forward to with relish.
