IT'S A prompt return to action for us as our busy schedule continues at Swindon Town on Tuesday evening.

Looking back at Saturday's draw with Hereford United, I was a little disappointed that we weren't able to hold onto our lead.

The boys gave me everything and during the first half I was particularly pleased with our shape and endeavour. The game became a little too open for my liking after the break, but Hereford deserve their share of the credit for that.

The attitude throughout the team was excellent; we didn't buckle when we came under pressure and there were a number of plusses for us to take out of the game.

That said, we know that there is a lot for us to work on and we will go away and look to iron out those deficiencies.

The games are coming thick and fast and we have been working extremely hard to strengthen our squad. With so many experienced players out, our endeavour and work rate really has to come to the fore.

Swindon will present us with a tough test, but if we go there and work hard, we will give ourselves every chance of bringing home a positive result.
