EVERYONE is fully fit and raring to get back into action as we play host to Northampton Town.

Obviously we were very disappointed that Tuesday's game against Swindon Town fell victim to the weather as we were keen to get back into winning ways. However, in situations like that the safety of the players and supporters has to be of paramount importance.

As a group we need to be able to see games through to the end. Recent matches against Hartlepool United and Leeds United have seen us do well in the first half only to undo all the good work after the restart.

Every member of the squad is important to me. We don't have the biggest of squads at our disposal, so everyone has a role to play here. I am fortunate enough to have options in various positions; it is important for clubs like ourselves to have the likes of Chris Palmer, Richard Taundry and Rhys Weston, players who are capable of filling in numerous different positions and that opens things up for me.

We have enough within this group to adapt to situations

I'm a great believer in taking each game as it comes. I know enough about Northampton Town to realise that they will be tough to beat. They are a well-organised side and have players who can cause us problems.

My players have worked hard in training this week and Saturday's game can't come quickly enough for us.
