SWINDON TOWN TEAM TALK
HAVING found ourselves without a game last weekend, the players have worked extremely hard to boost their fitness levels over the past week or so.
To be fair, the break came at a good time for us, We had one or two bumps and bruises after a busy period of games, but we have been able to regroup and now the players are looking forward to getting stuck into the run-in ahead.
There are 14 tight and tough encounters coming up in what is the business end of the season. Everyone has something to play for and we are pleased to go into this period in the play-off zone.
We have some big games coming up, starting at Swindon on Saturday, but the players have coped well with everything that has been thrown at them so far and I would like to think that will continue to be the case.
Swindon are in good form and have play-off ambitions of their own. We had a good game against them in January which could have gone either way and I am expecting something similar on Saturday.
As ever we will be counting on your full backing and support as we look to add to our points tally.
