CLUB RESPOND TO SUPPORTERS' SUGGESTIONS PART V
DURING the Fan's Focus Meeting earlier this year, the club invited supporters to submit ideas that they would like implementing.
As a result, a group of supporters sent in 10 ideas earlier this month and the club are pleased to announce that a number of these suggestions will now be implemented.
Over the past few days each suggestion and response has appeared here on www.saddlers.co.uk. The last two suggestions are below.

9 - Un-used Season Ticket Stubs
To encourage an increase in season ticket sales, introduce a scheme where at the end of the season ticket holders with unused ticket stubs can return their books to the club and obtain a slight discount (Up to £30.00 max) against their new season ticket.
This would encourage supporters who traditionally have not had a season ticket because they cannot guarantee to get to every match, to become season ticket holders and not lose out so much if they do miss the odd game during the season. This would also reduce the likelihood of season ticket holders who can't make a game, "loaning" their season ticket to a non season ticket holder.
The club then has the potential to obtain admission revenue from the non ST holder.
Due to the very nature of a season-ticket, this is not an avenue the club will be pursuing. We understand that we must be flexible in terms of what we offer supporters and as such, for those supporters who cannot attend every game, we have once again launched the Saddlers Super 10 scheme - whereby supporters can purchase a booklet that will entitle them to attend 10 home League games of their choice.
Half season-tickets will also be on sale in due course.
10 - Lapsed Season Ticket Holders
Using the historic data at the club, identify all fans who have purchased a season ticket over the last 5 years but are no longer season ticket holders. Contact them to establish why they no longer want an ST and then subject to the reason, discuss what would make them purchase again or re-attend matches if not going to matches any longer.
A CRM System is currently being installed which will allow the club to build up a profile on all our customers - including season-ticket holders. A large financial investment has been made to implement this system, which will be in full-working order in the coming weeks and months.
