THE SADDLERS completed the signing of former German International, Marco Reich on August 1st 2008.
The 30 year-old made his professional debut for Kaiserslautern where four of his five seasons were spent in the German top-flight.
He was a Bundesliga Championship winner in 1998 before moving on to serve both Koln and Werder Bremen in his homeland.
A move to Derby County came in January 2004 where he became a popular figure before switching to Crystal Palace early in the 2005/06 campaign.
Capped once by Germany, he was playing for Kickers Offenback last term.
