A YOUNG player of undoubted talent and ability who has made tremendous progress in recent years.
His performances whilst coming through the ranks were enough to earn a squad number in December 2008 and the skilful striker was handed his first-team debut as a late substitute in a goalless draw at Cheltenham later that month.
Signing his first professional contract in the summer of 2009, his game has continued to develop in leaps and bounds and last term he started to really make an impact on the first-team stage, weighing in with his first senior goals as well as breaking into the Northern Ireland Under-21 team.
It was enough to earn the level-headed youngster the Young Player of the Season award
He is expected to have a bright future ahead of him as he looks to make 2011/12 another season to remember.
