THE DYNAMIC and assured midfield man scooped the 2006/07 Young Player of the Year award after skippering the youth team to League and Midland Youth Cup success as well as contributing greatly to an impressive campaign for the reserve team.
The Birmingham-born youngster was awarded his first professional deal in May 2007 and went on to benefit greatly from working even more closely with the experienced members of the first-team squad.
Allowed to join Solihull Moors on loan in December 2007 in a bid to gain competitive experience, he was also a regular for the reserve team, putting in some intelligent displays along the way.
An emerging talent, he signed a new deal in May 2008 and will be hoping to continue his progress in 2008/09.
