THE WALSALL-born full-back has been extremely highly-rated whilst coming up through the Centre of Excellence and youth team ranks at the Banks's Stadium.
Able to play on the left or right-hand side, he is a hard-working, tough-tackling and reliable performer whose attitude is spot-on.
Suffered at the hands of injury for much of the 2006/07 campaign, but bounced back stronger and even more determined to make his mark at the club he has supported since childhood.
Another member of the double-winning youth team of 2006/07 to be offered a professional contract in May 2007, he grabbed his chance with both hands and after breaking into the first-team during the course of 2007/08 he never looked back with some assured displays that belied his tender years.
A regular member of the side throughout the 2008/09 campaign, his game has continued to develop in leaps and bounds.
