WILL Grigg and Ryan McGivern will return from International Duty disappointed tomorrow after Northern Ireland U21's failed to secure a third place finish to their UEFA European Championship campaign.

The Saddlers' pair spent a week with Northern Ireland as Steve Beaglehole's youngsters faced both San Marino and Germany.

They couldn't have got off to a better start as both Grigg and McGivern found the net during a 4-0 demolition of San Marino last Friday but came unstuck last night as they suffered a 3-0 away defeat at the hands of Germany. McGivern played the full 90 minutes in both games whilst Grigg made substitute appearances in both games.

The pair will link-up with Chris Hutching's squad tomorrow in preparation for Saturday's trip to Rochdale.
