THE SADDLERS start the 2010/11 season where the last one ended - with a home game against MK Dons.

"I am pleased with the progress that we have made so far and the start of the season can't come quickly enough," said manager, Chris Hutchings. "It is always an exciting time for everyone involved in football and I can't wait to get started.

"MK Dons are sure to be up there this season. They have some good players with the likes of Jermaine Easter, Sam Baldock and, of course, Jabo Ibehre all possessing plenty of ability.

"There have been changes amongst both the playing and coaching staff, but as long as we prepare correctly and get our own house in order, that's all we can do to give ourselves every chance of starting the season with a positive result."
