SADDLERS' assistant manager, Martin O'Connor is hoping that our record against the teams in the lower reaches of the table will improve on Saturday as we lock horns with Exeter City.

"We went to Southend with confidence, but didn't perform to our best," he said. "Our record against the teams lower down in the table has been our achilles heel and is something that we need to assess and improve upon.

"Our mental strength needs to be tougher. Exeter will be scrapping for their lives and we are battling for our pride, so it should be a keenly-contested game.

"We know our goals and are working hard to achieve them."
