THE SADDLERS head for Leyton Orient at the weekend with manager, Chris Hutchings stressing the importance of hard work.

"It's all about making progress and improving," he said. "We are looking to embark upon a positive run of results; you've always got to be looking upwards, especially when you are in top half of the table.

"Leyton Orient have also lacked consistency this season. I watched them at Oldham during the week and we know what they are all about. In League One any team is capable of beating anyone on any given day and we know that we must go there prepared to roll our sleeves up and work hard."
