GOOD news for festival goers! Now that the capacity has been finalized and the bill confirmed, Unique Live Events are delighted to announce that tickets prices are being significantly reduced for the Spring Happening to appeal to a wider audience.
UB40 are headlining the Spring Happening and will now be joined by urban giants N-Dubz and Tinchy Stryder.
Since announcing the spectacular outdoor festival was taking place at Walsall FC's Banks's Stadium on Monday, 31st May 2010, a number of acts have been added to the bill which will appeal to a wider-range of music followers.
The new price structure is £35 for both standing and seating tickets
"This represents great value for money," said Chris Silcox from Unique Live Events. "Since we initially announced that the Spring Happening was taking place, we have been able to secure the signatures of some of the UK's most popular chart acts.
"They have their own fan-base and what we didn't want to do was to make the price structure too high for fans of N-Dubz and Tinchey Stryder. With that in mind, we've decided to reduce the prices to make the Spring Happening more accessible to everyone. As a result UB40 lovers will be able to enjoy the benefits of these lower prices too.
"At the new reduced price we expect this to be one of the biggest outdoor music festivals of the year."

Anyone who has purchased a ticket at the previous price of £55 and £60 can claim an additional ticket at no extra charge or claim a refund on the difference in price.

Conditions of Sale
The Venue's Management reserves the right, in combination with any other statements or directives which may be shown on the ticket or as displayed at the venue, to :-
1. Advise customers that all enquiries concerning the show should be made at point of purchase.
2. Advise customers that all financial liabilities associated with the purchase of this ticket lie with the promoter.
3. Refuse admission of the ticket holder to the premises, search the ticket holder, or request the ticketholder to leave the premises and take any appropriate measures to enforce such request.
4. Eject or seek to prosecute any person who causes injury e.g. surfers, stage divers, drunkards.
5. Not allow the use of any camera, audio equipment or mobile phone.
6. Cancel or abandon the performance, change the bill, programme timings or customers seating where necessary without compensation for damages consequential or otherwise.
7. Insist that under 16's are accompanied by an adult over 21 years of age - no more than 3 minors per adult.
8. Advise customers that the terms and conditions of this ticket are contractual and that to revoke their obligation to return their ticket within 4 days of booking to the point of purchase.
9. Advise customers that high levels of noise could damage hearing.
10. Own the rights to any visual image generated at the venue involving the ticket holder.
11. Advise customers that the venue floor surfaces are NOT non slip.
12. Advise customers that video surveillance equipment is in use and data is used in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
13. Advise customers that any complaints regarding the show or view from the seats should be made to the Stadium Manager promptly, prior to or during the performance/event.
14. Tickets are sold for private use and we monitor their sale and resale.If we have reason to believe that tickets are being resold, we may invalidate them and refuse entry to the premises.
15. Official merchandise is only available inside the premises.
16. Only food and drink purchased from the venue may be consumed on the premises.
