SADDLERS' assistant manager, Martin O'Connor says that the team are 'full of confidence' as we prepare to take on Wycombe Wanderers at Adams Park this weekend.

"Wycombe are improving, but we go there full of confidence," he said. "We will have to dig deep and make sure that we stop conceding sloppy goals. If we can do that, we will win more than we lose.

"I would rather be in our position than theirs. We know that they will come at us with all guns blazing but we are capable of dealing with that and playing on the front-foot.

"We've got the experience and goals going forward."

The last time Walsall visited Adams Park, the game ended goalless in March 2007.
