COLOURFUL former Liverpool goalkeeper, Bruce Grobbelaar has stepped in to replace Bryan Robson at our December Sporting Dinner here at the Banks's Stadium on Thursday, December 3rd.

Grobbelaar is sure to have some fascinating stories to tell from his time in the game and will be joined by comedian, Jed Stone, who is always a favourite here.

Our Sporting Dinner schedule kicks off in October when former World Light Heavyweight Champion, John Conteh is here with comedian, Mick Miller on Thursday, October 8th. Tickets are £30 to include a four-course meal.

In November we welcome the legendary Jimmy Greaves on Thursday, November 19th. He is joined by comedian, Tom Pepper. Tickets for this event are £35 each, to include a four-course meal.

Also appearing here in December is Jack Charlton on Wednesday, December 2nd. He is always a popular speaker and will be joined by comedian Mike Farrell. Tickets are £35, inclusive of a four-course meal.
