THE PRE-SEASON friendly schedule sees The Saddlers play host to both Wolves and West Bromwich Albion as well as travelling to the Don Valley Stadium to take on Rotherham United.
"We thank Mick McCarthy and Tony Mowbray for having those games with us and I'm sure there will be big crowds for both fixtures," said manager, Chris Hutchings. "We'll all have new players on show, so they will good occasions for all concerned.
"We've also got an away trip to Rotherham, which will be a decent test and we still want to arrange a couple more to complete the schedule. We'll also have a couple of games behind closed doors, so things are progressing nicely."
Tickets for our games against Wolves on Tuesday, July 21st (kick-off 7.45pm) and West Bromwich Albion on Saturday, July 25th (kick-off 3.00pm) are now on sale.
Ticket prices for both games are £12 (adults), £6 (senior citizens aged 60+ and juniors under-18) and £12 (disabled plus one carer free of charge).
They can be purchased by telephone, with credit/debit card, on 0871-663 0111 (£1 postage fee will apply or 50p administration fee if tickets are collected), The Football Shop in Walsall Town Centre (open Friday and Saturday only) or the Banks's Stadium Club Shop (open Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 4.30pm).
Season-ticket holders who have renewed for the 2009/10 campaign will have until 4.00pm on Monday, July 13th to claim their own seats for the Wolves game and 4.00pm on Friday, July 17th to claim their own seats for the West Bromwich Albion game.
Please note that the West Bromwich Building Society Stand will NOT be available to Walsall supporters for both of these games.
