JIMMY MULLEN is expecting to face a completely different Cheltenham Town team this weekend to the one The Saddlers faced earlier in the season.

Mullen's men travelled to Whaddon Road back in October in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy and came away with a 2-1 victory.

Martin Allen had just taken charge of the Robins at that point and since then he has made a number of additions to his squad.

 "Martin's brought in a number of players since we last faced them", explained Mullen. "It will be a completely different side to the one we faced earlier in the season.

"Credit to him, they're on a decent run at the moment and it will be a difficult game."

However, despite changes in personnel, The Saddlers' boss knows what to expect from a Martin Allen side and is believes his troops to be ready for the battle.

"We do know about Martin Allen's teams and they will be committed and passionate," he added. "We'll match that, though. "We know what to expect and we'll be prepared.

"We've played some decent stuff in recent weeks without getting the results our performances may have deserved.

"We're in no doubt though that that luck will change soon. The spirit is very, very good and we are all very positive."
