JABO Ibehre is hoping for some bouncebackability this weekend following Saturday's 2-0 defeat at the hands of his former employers, Leyton Orient.

Second half strikes from Paul Terry and Adam Boyd condemned Jimmy Mullen's men to a first home League defeat of the season but the bustling frontman believes the squad are capable of hitting back when they travel to Bristol Rovers this weekend.

"We showed great character after losing away at Crewe to come back and win at home to Southend, so hopefully we can do the same this weekend.

"We're playing some decent stuff at the moment but against Orient, we just didn't test them enough. We created a few chances but didn't hit the target anywhere near as often as we would have liked.

"We have a few players to come back from injury and we have Michael Ricketts available again, which is a plus. Once we have our strongest team out there, we'll give a lot of teams a run for their money.

"It would be nice to get our first away win of the season. We just want to win games. We don't go away from home looking for a draw, we go there to win and hopefully we'll do that against Bristol."
