THE SADDLERS agreed a two-year stand sponsorship deal with Sign Specialists in September 2011.
The Redditch-based company secured exclusive rights to the away stand here at Banks's Stadium for the 2011/12 season.
Saddlers Commercial Director, Roy Whalley, expressed his delight with the sponsorship deal. "Walsall FC have a very special relationship with Sign Specialists Ltd., who have provided us with tremendous commercial support during the past 20 years," he said. "In this time they have been main shirt sponsors, back-of-shirt sponsors, stadium advertisers, matchday sponsors and tremendous supporters of the Walsall FC Community Programme.
"Now they have agreed to sponsor the stand that usually accommodates away supporters, which becomes the 'Sign Specialists Stand.'
"This support has been made possible by the tremendous enthusiasm and commitment of Richard Tisdale, a Saddlers Director and Managing Director of Sign Specialists Ltd.
"Just read the slogan on the external wall of the Sign Specialist Ltd. Stand.... 'WE HAVE GAMES TO WIN, TEAMS TO BEAT… PLAY WITH YOUR HEART, TALK WITH YOUR FEET.' These are Richard's own words, a source of inspiration for us all, and an ample illustration of his love and passion for Walsall Football Club.
"We are very grateful to Richard Tisdale and Sign Specialists Ltd. for their support."
