Advertisers giveaway items to local youngsters…
KIND-HEARTED main club advertisers, CAT Communications Ltd, have donated a plethora of matchballs for The Saddlers to distribute whilst on tour in Trinidad & Tobago.Dean Smith’s Men arrived on the Caribbean Islands yesterday and take on a Tobago XI at Plymouth Recreational Ground tomorrow.
During our stay, we will be visiting a number of schools and communities, spreading the Walsall word.
During our visits, we will be handing out various Walsall FC merchandise and now, thanks to CAT Communications Ltd, we will also be able to give away footballs.
“This is a project we wanted to be a part of,” explained CAT’s Technical Director, Craig Lang. “It’s an unprecedented tour for the club and, when we heard of the good work being undertaken, we wanted to play our part.
“The footballs will be put to great use and it’s satisfying to know that a small gesture from CAT will play such a big part in the lives of children in Trinidad & Tobago.”
