Early Christmas gift as Cain extends his loan spell...
THE SADDLERS have been given an early Christmas gift with the news that talented midfielder, Michael Cain has extended his loan spell until January 17th.The 20 year-old arrived from Leicester City in October and has put in some impressive displays in the engine room of the side since then.
“It’s a real boost to be able to further extend Michael’s loan,” said manager, Dean Smith. “He’s a talented young lad who has slotted extremely well into the team.
“He’s made a real impact and also has a fantastic attitude and work-rate.
“He has a bright future ahead of him and I am delighted that we have been able to extend his stay with us.”
Cain’s latest loan extension will run up until after our game at Colchester United.
