SADDLERS' boss, Dean Smith, was pleased with our display against West Bromwich Albion despite the result."There were plenty of positives to come out of the game," he said. "Against very good opposition, we took the game to them, which was the most pleasing aspect.
"The only disappointment was that we couldn't find the net, but we tried out a different system, one that we have wanted to have a look at for a while.
"It was brave to do it against a team like Albion, but the players responded well to it and against lesser opposition we would have scored three or four.
"It's good to see a lot of the players in good form and confident. We will take plenty of heart from that."
