Defender moves to National League side...
Promising defender Theo Vassell has today joined National League side Chester on loan until 1st January 2017.The 19-year-old signed a one-year contract with Walsall last Friday and scored in our 2-1 friendly defeat against Norwich the following day.
Vassell follows his Saddlers teammate Liam Roberts in making a temporary switch to the Deva Stadium, after the young goalkeeper joined Chester on a season-long loan deal last week.
