Midfielder joins Championship side...
Walsall FC can today confirm that Romaine Sawyers has signed a contract with Championship side Brentford.The 24-year old made 162 appearances in all competitions for the Saddlers after making an initial loan move from West Bromwich Albion permanent in the summer of 2013.
Despite being offered a three-year contract, Sawyers has decided to leave the club and will link up with former Walsall manager Dean Smith and join the West London outfit.
